We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting as a representative of any airline. We act as a booking intermediary between you and airlines/ticket suppliers.
We facilitate the purchase of airline tickets on your behalf through our supplier relationships, which include airline consolidators who provide access to wholesale and unpublished fare inventory.
2. Service Fees
As an independent travel agency, we charge a service fee for our booking assistance. This fee is separate from the airline ticket price and applicable taxes. Our service fee will be clearly disclosed to you before you confirm any booking.
The total amount charged to you will include: (a) the base airfare, (b) applicable government taxes and fees, and (c) our service fee.
3. Fare Accuracy & Availability
All fares displayed on our website are for informational purposes and are subject to availability at the time of booking. Fares are not guaranteed until your ticket has been issued and you have received a confirmed booking reference.
Airfares can change at any time without notice. We make every effort to display accurate pricing but cannot guarantee that prices shown will be available at time of booking.
4. Booking Confirmation
A booking is only confirmed when you receive a written confirmation email containing your booking reference number and e-ticket details. Verbal quotes or preliminary pricing are not binding confirmations.
5. Payment

6. Cancellations & Changes

You are solely responsible for ensuring you hold a valid passport, required visas, and meet all entry requirements for your destination country. We strongly recommend checking with the relevant embassy or official government website before travel. We accept no liability for denied boarding or entry due to inadequate documentation.
9. Airline Responsibility
We are not responsible for and have no control over airline schedules, delays, cancellations, overbooking, baggage policies, or any service provided directly by the airline. Any disputes regarding the airline's service must be addressed directly with the airline.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ASAP Flight Booking's total liability to you for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total service fee paid to us in connection with the booking in question. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United States.
